Privacy Policy

The following Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Preseasoned App (“Preseasoned”) handles – collects, uses, stores and discloses – information of any person utilising our platform, herein referred to as our users (“Users” or “your” or “you”). This policy refers to and is in connection with information collected by Preseasoned only, and not the rest of Altletics’ product offerings.

By using Preseasoned, you voluntarily consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the reasons specified in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please stop using Preseasoned immediately. Your use of Preseasoned is indicative of your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and of the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Information We Collect And How It Is Used

Preseasoned collects personal and non-personal identification information from Users. Personal identification information includes an email address, which Preseasoned independently verifies using a One Time Password (OTP) sent to a User’s inputted email address. Preseasoned collects other profile information, such as a profile picture and a short bio, to help other Users identify you.

Preseasoned also collects certain financial data, such as a User’s PAN or bank account information. This is done for the purpose of KYC (Know Your Customer) and to independently verify the legitimacy of a user’s information for the purpose of withdrawals from the App. The KYC process is conducted using a licensed third-party provider in the country of India.

Preseasoned uses third party service providers to facilitate chat inside the App. This data is shared between Preseasoned and the respective third-party service provider. Other data shared by a third-party service provider includes log data, such as cookies, metadata such as when a photo was posted or a message sent, and other general information about communication on Preseasoned.

Password data on Preseasoned is stored after being encrypted using a secure hashing mechanism recommended by NIST (National Institute of Standard and Technology).

Preseasoned may also collect non-personal identification information such as a User’s IP address and the screen device used in order to collect demographic information of Users or to measure sources of traffic.

Preseasoned stores user information including Display Picture, First name, last name, email ID, password, phone number, DOB, Location (State), PAN card number, Pan card photo, OTP received on verification of email and/or phone number in an encrypted format after deletion of a user profile for the purpose of regulatory compliance. Preseasoned will file TDS on the user’s winnings as per Indian laws.

Preseasoned(on behalf of Altletics Esports Private Limited) reserves the right to disclose personal or non-personal information related to our Users as required by law, government requests or as necessary to protect the interests of Preseasoned.

For the purpose of improving our App, storage, data analytics or any other similar purpose, Preseasoned may share your information with third-party service providers engaged with Preseasoned. Preseasoned reserves the right to share, disclose or transfer information with affiliated parties.

If Preseasoned sells or transfers part, or whole, of its business assets, information of Users may be part of the business assets that are shared, transferred to disclosed, in part or whole, to any other party as part of the transaction. You grant consent to Preseasoned for transfer or disclosure of such information to third parties.

Preseasoned may use “Cookies” on our App to enhance the experience for our Users. Cookies are stored on our Users’ computers to help improve your access to our App and identify repeat visitors. Users may opt to refuse Cookies, or to be alerted when Cookies are being sent. That may, however, result in some sections of our App failing to work in the required manner.

Some of Preseasoned’s partners, such as advertisers or sponsors, may use Cookies on their Website or Services. Preseasoned does not have access or control over these Cookies. If you believe some of your information is being misused, please contact us via the section on the app.

The App may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other websites that are not controlled or maintained by Preseasoned. Any link to another website is not an endorsement of said website. You acknowledge and agree that Preseasoned is not responsible for the content, resources, materials or advertisement from such sites. You also acknowledge and agree that Preseasoned shall not be deemed responsible or liable (directly or indirectly) for any loss or damage caused by, or alleged to be caused by, use of those websites.

You may also find content or advertisement on our App that are directly or indirectly linked to third-party websites or service providers, sponsors, licensors, advertisers and partners. Preseasoned does not control the content, links, privacy policies, terms of use, terms and conditions on these websites. You agree that your interaction with these websites is based on their privacy policies, terms and conditions and terms of use.

Preseasoned uses other third party integrations, such as Google Firebase. These third parties carry out their own practices to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information, details of which are available can be found at https://firebase.google.com/

Information gathered by Preseasoned is stored securely using mechanisms such as encryption and hashing. Access to such information is protected and limited to individuals based on their need to know. Refund Policy

At Preseasoned, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. However, due to the nature of our services and the virtual nature of the goods and features offered on our platform, we do not offer refunds for any purchases made or transactions conducted through Preseasoned. Therefore, please carefully review and consider your purchases before making them.

Virtual Goods and Features:
Any virtual goods, including in-app purchases, virtual or wallet currency, or other digital items, acquired through Preseasoned are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made and the virtual goods are delivered to your account, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Subscription Services:
If you have subscribed to any premium or subscription-based services on Preseasoned, such as a monthly or annual subscription plan, please note that all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes cases where you may have canceled your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

In the event of any technical issues, glitches, or interruptions that may occur on the Preseasoned platform, we will make our best efforts to resolve the issue promptly. However, such technical difficulties or interruptions will not be considered grounds for refunds.

Some of these operators may call Users for personal information, including username and password. We never ask our Users for a payment or personal information via email or telephone.

For your protection, we strongly recommend not responding to any of these emails or not using these websites. These emails and websites are in no way associated with Altletics or Preseasoned. We may contact you regarding our App, or to update or inform you regarding changes to our App.

Warranty

Altletics makes no warranty for the availability of the App, or that the platform or the server are free of viruses or any other harmful software.

Any material obtained through the App is done at your risk, and you will be responsible for damage or loss of data to your computer system resulting from the download of such material. Under no circumstances will Altletics or Preseasoned be liable for any damages in an amount in excess of an amount of INR 100.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and dealt with in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute with relation to the App will be handled by the Indian courts.

Updates and Changes

Preseasoned may amend, modify, remove, add and update this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes to our Privacy Policy will be highlighted on this page. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Acceptance
